The ISLE October Hero of the Month is Robert Wilcox. Robert is retired from YSU where he worked in the athletic department. He is a retiree at the Purple Cat on Pearl Street. He still answers phones and works at the Touch the Moon Candy Saloon.
Robert is a hero because he dealt very well with the death of his brother, Roy. Also, Robert takes wonderful care of his Mother who needs his assistance. Robert is a local hero at the MVR restaurant in Smokey Hollow in Youngstown. He often receives kisses from the many beautiful servers.
