The Purple Cat Fall Camp Out is scheduled for September 8 – 11, 2009 at Indian Bear Lodge in Walhonding, Ohio. The total cost to each client is $125.00 and includes the 3 night stay, transportation to and from the lodge and all food, drinks and entertainment. Each camper has already paid a deposit of $50.00, giving them a balance of $75.00 per person.
Fundraising efforts are underway to offset some of this cost to the clients through a Macy’s “SHOP for a Cause” ticket that costs $5.00 per ticket. The entire $5.00 will be deducted from the cost of the camping trip for each individual camper. If each camper sells 15 tickets then they would pay off the remaining balance of their camping trip.

The ticket entitles the bearer to a one-day shopping event, “Shop For A Cause”, October 17, 2009 and includes:
– 20% off regular, sale & clearance women’s, men’s, & kid’s apparel & accessories, fine & fashion jewelry, frames, bed & bath items, housewares, luggage & china
– 10% off regular & sale furniture, mattresses, rugs & electronics & technology items
– Open a Macy’s account and get an additional 20% off
**There are some acceptions, as listed on the tickets.
The more tickets everyone sells, the cheaper everyone’s trip will be.
